When you submit a case through our intake form, we collect:
We do not collect your name, address, financial account numbers, or any payment information. We do not require account creation.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Case reports are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely to deliver your report. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
Submitted cases and generated reports are stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will delete your submission and report within 30 days.
We do not use cookies. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
If you are located in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
Submissions are stored in a secured database. Access is restricted to service operations. We do not encrypt narratives at rest at this time — do not include sensitive identifiers such as account numbers or Social Security numbers in your submission.
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page.
